Visa information and Immigration Information
The following information is provided without any guarantee! Please check the immigration requirements with your locally available information.
Foreigners need to apply a F-Visa in order to attend conferences in China, the documents you shall prepare are following:
- Passport:
Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and blank visa pages, and a photocopy of the passport's data page and the photo page if it is separate. - Visa Application Form and Photo:
Use the visa application at visaforchina.org with a recently-taken color passport photo (bare-head, full face) against a white background attached. - Proof of legal stay or residence status (applicable to those not applying for the visa in their country of citizenship)
- An invitation letter issued by a relevant entity or individual in China. In order to prepare it by the organizers, please send an email to Yun Chen (yunchen.just@foxmail.com) with the incquiry and the following information: full name, gender, date of birth, and passport number.
- Your hotel reservation.
