Registration and Abstract Submission

Registration fee (to be paid until July 30th): 250 US$ (regular), 200 US$ (students), on-site registration and payment is not possible! 
Payment information will be announced in May.
The fee includes all the material for the conference and refreshment breaks (lunch is not covered).

The registration has to be completed by payment of the registration fee. The payment procedure is open through June 30th and consists of several steps:

  1. Visit the web site http://www.swge.inf.br/ISRP2017/ and create an account (if you do not have already an account).
  2. Login at http://www.swge.inf.br/ISRP2017/ and proceed with completing personal and selecting payment details (the section is called "Make a new Reistration" – do not be confused about this title; it is just for initiating the payment).
  3. After selecting the payment method you will be forwarded to the payment service where you have to finish the registration by your payment – do not be confused about the change in the value of the fee, it is to be paid in Brazilian Real (250 US$ is approx. 820 BRL)

Be sure to use the exact same personal identifiers (Last name, First name and E-mail) that you submitted previously. It is imperative that you double check the accuracy of your E-mail address!

We collect and hold personal data about registrants of the symposium in a manner consistent with the lawful bases as outlined in the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The following information are collected and stored: name, institution, address, email, phone number, and data of the conference contribution (authors, title, abstract, type of paper, workshop interest). This information is used for organisational purpose and to maintain the communication between the organisation committee and the participants. We do not share the data with any other party. By registering for the symposium, you give your consent to collect and store your data. The data will be stored for one year after the symposium and then archived for additional 10 years. You can ask us anytime about your personal data that we have collected and stored (email to Norbert Marwan). You can also request to delete your data. But note that then the participation of the symposium cannot be guaranteed anymore.
